Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Excellent staff. Very clean rooms. Food and beverage above average.

Very nice hotel, and within walking distance of the Ginza and not far from the subway line. All the amenities of a 5 star hotel in America. The staff goes way beyond the expectations you may have when you arrive and all during your stay. Make sure to have a drink on the seventeenth floor. A tremendous view of Tokyo.

Travel tip : Get out and walk around the area. Close to Ginza for shopping and the rail line to get you around Tokyo.

Room was wonderful especiall the bath. Staff was well above standard. Breakfast, though pricey, is very good.

This is the sixth time I have visited Japan and have stayed at the Imperial before. It is a wonderful place to stay if you are doing business in downtown Tokyo or if shopping is your pleasure as the Ginza is just a five minute walk. The hotel is very well maintained and the staff is always the best. If you have the opportunity to stay in Tokyo, you should give the Imperial at least one try!

Travel tip : Very close to Ginza district. Best place to stay for shopping.
