The hotel is very confortable to visit Tokyo, location is superb and all staff is incredible friendly. Rooms are normal and it's a big hotel but I would go back to it.

Upon our arrival we got a complementary upgrade to a Junior Suite :) The hotel is a huge property and well established. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We felt well taken care of, which spreads a feeling of contentment, convenience and happiness. At least about the hotel we didn’t need to worry in these 4 days.
Don’t expect a hyper modern Boutique Hotel with fancy stuff. The interior in the hotel as well as in the room is as the name says… Imperial! We have been very fortunate and more than happy to stay at the Imperial Hotel.
