Fantastich Hotel with great location

I liked to stay at Club Level as usual. very great lounge at club level where you can stay very comfortable.
Rooms are small but very clean and nice as well.

they had initially allotted a smoking room to me and it had a smell of cigarette in it. i had reached late in the night and so was keen to get to sleep but could not due to the smell. i called up the reception and let them know of the issue. within half an hour, they moved me to another room for the night and arranged to move to a non-smoking room the next day for the rest of my stay. although i had to move that night and again the next day but was happy with this arrangement as i did not have to be in the room with the cigarette smell.

this was our second time using ana. first time was about 2 years ago. i used to live near roppongi, so i know the area pretty well. it is located in a great location. the hotel service including amenities and restaurant were great. we tried teppan-yaki place called akasaka, and it was really good. however.... the hotel is getting old. the room itself was good but the bathroom had significant molding, especially underneath the toilet and the top of the shower. the bathroom smelled of mold and the shower curtain also smelled. we had a 9 month old son and we were worried about its sanitary condition. is this because i reserved the room via internet and cheaper price??

Perfect for Business

I have visited many Tokyo hotels. This one has just the perfect location: close to Roppongi, Ginza, and the palace. The hotel is modern and alive. 24 hours gym. The staff is friendly and does not bother too much with over-service. Good value for money and perfect for biz visitors. A beautiful bar on the 36th floor overlooking Tokyo.

A great hotel for business travelers and tourists alike. Very cheap rates and excellent rooms with service that you would expect from a major chain. Location was great, with Roppongi, Akasaka, Shibuya and Ginza all easily accessible. They probably have great internet access and business facilities but I didn't use them. Lovely bars and restaurants, especially the sky bar. Excellent and knowledgeable staff and very helpful.
Would definitely recommend.
