The Priority counter for Prestige card holders was manned by a staff who was not up to the basic customer service standards, and fumbled with our reservation that had been manually changed somehow. This made for an unpleasant welcome and a wait for 30 minutes in the lobby with our young children. Some of the managers were obnoxious and clearly kinder with business guests than holiday ones like us.
However, the hotel is a world class business hotel that we enjoyed and would go back to.

for anyone who is travelling to tokyo, this is the hotel to stay at.
with very friendly staff, good location, clean rooms, i really enjoyed my two nights at this hotel. you can get a great view of the tokyo tower and city views from the rooms.
Restaurant Tip:
Visit this great restaurant called Gonapachi which is located near the hotel.

Spacious well appointed rooms, walking distance to Roppongi, free fast wifi, great facilities (including a decent gym) and many great dining options

Due to the reasons above, the only pace to stay if you would like a great place near Roppongi.
Nightlife Tip:
Beware of the Nigerian Strip Club guys!

Good hotel but furniture are dated

the rooms are clean, however the furniture are dated. if the furniture are updated, i believe that it is definitely worth the money.
the hotel staff are friendly and helpful.
the location is a 10mins walk from the subway. if you are going there in winter, it is going to be a chilling walk.
