Our stay was beautiful, we got a free upgrade to the 21st floor, which we couldn't ask for anything better!
Staff were lovely, we couldn't find a fault, restaurants were great within the hotel. I wouldn't recommend the Buffet breakfast which comes to $35. Better to stroll and eat out for breakky!

stunning view, easy access , centrally located
i like the ocean view room you can see tokyo bay, internet must pay but high speed the staff is also friendly, free shuttle bus to HAMAMATSUCHO station
