The hotel is an easy 20-30 minute walk from Shinjuku. But you need to know the area. Otherwise, metro takes you anywhere. Free Internet in the rooms! I like free.
No real cons. Small rooms but then all such places in Tokyo are small.
We chose the hotel because it's near where we needed to be. It's a plus that it's relatively close to Shinjuku Station area and there's a metro stop steps away. If we were there on tourism, we would have chosen something closer in. The rooms are quite small but that's par for the course in Tokyo. We loved the free Internet! Free is always good. No English-language TV, though. Plenty of little restaurants close by. Did not eat in the hotel, so can't comment.
Restaurant Tip : I love the little fast-food Japanese places. In this case, fast-food only means fast, not poor quality or unhealthy. Plenty to choose from around the hotel.

Close to Metro station. Opposite supermarket. Good breakfast. Clean and fresh rooms.
Bed very hard and against wall. Some English tea and milk would be nice in room. Some sighseeing information in foyer would be helpful.

1.Very Near Subway, you can walk from Hotel to Subways with in 1 minutes.
2.Room is very clean and re-fill accessories in room and bath room every days.
3.Free High Speed Internet
1.No international news or channel from TVs
2.No international newspapers.
I arrived this hotel about 10:00 but I can not checked in until 14:00. By the way, Hotel is upgrade my room from my reservation and I can left my baggage at hotel and come back to checked in after 14:00. Staff is very helpful from the first day until we left from the hotel especially Mr.KIM. He is very well to support us.
Good point of this hotel is very Subway but it is not good if you have a child under 2 years and have stroller because this subways do not have escalator or lift when compare with other subway station.
Room standard space is small when compare with other countries. Room is clean and very good to re-fill accessories in room.
Hotel Feature Tip : Very calm area to stay.
