location, size of room and bed, cleanness air conditioning (not cold enough in the summer time); early check-out time 11AM I’ve stayed at a few different hotels near Shinjuku station for business (from Washington Hotel (ANEX) to Hilton) and Keio really is the best. The room type was Plaza Premier – it has everything and is everything that the website tells you about – stylish, spacious, great view. i will definitely stay at Keio again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful staff, walking distance to the subway station. Check in time should be more flexible. We had to wait 2 1/2 hours to check in. We arrived at about 10 in the morning but we had to wait until 12pm to be able to check in. We booked a superior room which was very rather spacious with two large single beds. The toilet is well furnished and equipped with good quality shampoo and body bath. Overall, the room was clean and up to standard. The staffs were really helpful, you could go to them for just about anything, they helped us booked tours and arrange buses. Also in my opinion, they all could speak English quite well.

Easy to locate, close to amenities.
very big hotel, helpfull staff It was our first time in Tokyo, from others they recommended to stay in Shinjuku. and i heard a good recommendation about Keio Plaza as a good hotel and convenience to stay, as it was surrounded by good restaurant and lots of shopping area and near train station.
As for the room, we booked Plaza BIZ Plus with a queen bed. it was a good size room, and the bed was comfortable. Also we had a wireless internet for free. a plus point for us.
For the Staff, they were very helpfull and everyone can speak english verywell. Concierge was good on showing us how to go around by train.
we were also used their free shuttle bus to Disney Sea. and From - To Airport , we were just using Airport Limousine, Drop off and pick up from hotel. very convenience.
We had a good stay with Keio and already planning our next visit to Japan and defenetly will stay at Keio again.
