Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Nice comfy hotel with a good location near tube
Clean, spacious, good location

Visibly old hotel but retrofitted recently, one of bigger-roomed hotels you can find in the heart of Tokyo, has a very good location that is less than ten minutes from the subway.

Position and price for a comfortable room

Stayed 2 nights and all staff very helpful and professional.
Lifts are a bit confusing so make sure you get correct one for your floor. Varied selection of restaurants downstairs. Tube station near by. City hall is opposite the hotel. It has an observatory on the 45th floor and it's free. Great view of Mount Fuji.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Observatory at City Hall

Great Hotel with wonderful hospitality and staffs.
A little bit old building that need to be refurbish
8.7
This is my fourth times stay in Keio Plaza Shinjuku. I will always come back whenever I'm in Tolyo. Just imagine the bell boy bow until my cab had left about 500m away from the lobby. Cleanliness and hygienic is the main focus of this hotel. Airport limo and transport to Disney Land is at door step. Again, thumbs up for everything I had experience.
Travel tip:
If you are going to Disney Land must stay here because free shuttle will save your pocket at least 3000¥ to get there

Great Location in Tokyo
I like the hotel because it is about 10 mins walk to Shinjuku Train Station
8.3
From the room to services, i would say satisfying. The staffs are pleasant with good smiles. The thing i like most about this hotel is that, it is located 10 minutes walk to Shinjuku Station, which is the most busy and connected station in whole of Tokyo. Imagine after shopping around whole day, you do not want to walk miles to reach your hotel. The walk way is a tunnel which you would prefer during winter. There's restaurants along the tunnel with good food. I went to this restaurant twice for its chicken meal set & sashimi meal set. Most importantly Keio Plaza Hotel is popular you could ask anyone for direction. Ichiban!
