we stayed in the south tower which is in need of a refurbishment, very tired facilities. can not comment on rooms in the main tower. rooms are a good size we had three beds in the room which was a squeeze.

Wonderful boutique hotel with great staff

Rooms were clean, amenities were great. Plenty of beach gear to borrow. Very convenient to walk to the beach, diamond head park and well reviewed restaurants nearby.
The complimentary breakfast selection was a bit poor.

Good location but small room

I recommend this hotel to family and business traveler as the location is really good to major transportation and the city centre. However, if you are looking for relaxation or romance this hotel is not a good place because the rooms are small and stuffy as well. I booked this hotel after seeing the photos from its website but the room is way smaller than what you see in the photos. Secondly, I had the same problem as some guests who wrote here before, the room was quite stuffy, in winter the in-room air conditioner is only for heating, hence there is no air coming from the air con at all when the room is at the set temperature. As there is no window to open me and my friend felt kind of suffocating inside the room at night. We tried to ask for help and after a long talk and check and bla bla bla they finally offered us a electrical fan so that we can put next to our bed to make some wind. The check-in service was not that impressive either. There were many people queuing in the counter and even we arrived hotel at 4pm we still need to wait for the room to be ready for us (approximately 10 mins) which i cannot understand why.(As the check in time should be 12nn) Other than these, the hotel room is clean and tidy, well-facilitated.

Great location, and easy to eccess to every where.

Near to the second busiest station, Shinjuku station. only 5 min walk distance to Shinjuku station and a lot of 24 hours restaurants around with fantastic food. Won't be feel hungry if stay in this area.
Restaurant Tip:
A lot of famous restaurants around this area, especially ramen and Shabu Shabu.

Nice Hotel
Easy 5 min walk to Shinjuku Station which can take you to any major tourist areas around tokyo. Ask for the renovated room - paid an extra 2,000 yen only. Also, right next to the Metropolitan Government Tower where there's a view deck with free entrance. You can also find a tourist information office in said building.

Really enjoyed our 5-day stay in Tokyo. Keio Plaza Hotel is a convenient location from which to reach any wellknown places in Tokyo via Trains and Subway trains. Would definitely stay in the same hotel the next time.

Keio plaza's location is perfect for those who want to enjoy nightlife at Shinjuku. Also, Shinjuku station is sort of a hub and thus it is very convenient to move around in Tokyo.

Hotel location is perfect, close to metro and lots of dining and shopping options. Not in the thick of it which was perfect for us!

the room was big, spacious and comfortable. the bed was comfortable and the view was fantastic.
this was our first time in tokyo. initially we were in the roppongi area so it was nice to move to the shibuya area. hotel is very close to the metro and serves as a great jumping off point to lots of areas in tokyo. hotel is about a 5-10 minute walk from an electric area.
overall a great stay and a great hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
There are many restaurant inside the hotel. We only managed to eat at Kyubey and it was by far some of the best sushi we have ever had. It is an institution for sushi. They serve the best picks of fish. Amazing!
