Great location, nice rooms, excellent service. We booked a triple room for 2 adults and 2 young children and there was plenty of space for all of us. Restaurants in the hotel are expensive, but there is a mini supermarket in the lower ground that sells all kind of food and souvenirs. If you don't want to spend a fortune on breakfast or want a light snack, this place is quite handy. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone, not just families.
Clean and big (for Japanese standards) rooms, excellent service, limousine bus from/to Narita airport, proximity to Shinjuku train station and metro station.
Restaurants in the hotel are expensive and not really appropriate for families with young children. But around the hotel there is more choice.

The newly decorated room is good with great view. I was booking standard room, but when I arrived there, staff told me it's a smoking room. I was quite angry and I want to spend money to upgrade my room, but he didn't understand what I said, then I changed to Japanese, then he helped me upgrade the room. The superior room offers high speed internet and faces city hall and it's located at high floor. Which is much better than the lower floor. But I still prefer to stay in Conrad even the price is a bit higher.
Great location, three-minute walk from station. And it's not noisy, very comfortable.
Staff cannot speak English well, when I want to change the room he said no more room, but after I use Japanese then he said yes. Btw, bathroom is relatively old style unlike the room is redecorated.
- Shopping Tip : Takashimaya is a great place for shopping,even foreigners can apply "Takashimaya point card" which you can have coupon after you spend specific amount of money.

The first thing a tourist should do would be to go to the government office across to get more information about sights and shopping. The hotel only provides a map of the Shinjuku area.

Shinjuku is quite a large station - useful only if you are planning to travel lots, otherwise quite daunting

Room service was fine and no complaints on the food. Shower was fantastic and very refreshing.
