Nice 5 star hotel at shinjuku
This hotel is very good. The location is amazing, the room is big and very clean. Delicious breakfast. Very near to shinjuku st. The best 5 stars hotel i ever stay in tokyo.

Hotel staffs, Airport Limousine Bus service to/from the airport, Spacious room
I'm very impressed and thankful to all the hotel staffs, they have booked all the restaurant reservations for us through email communication. They replied very quickly. In addition, Keio offers a direct transportation to/from the airport (airport limousine bus) which made our lives a lot easier. They also offer free shuttle bus to/from Disneyland for hotel guests. Recently, there is a passage walkway from the back of the hotel directly to the JR/metro Shinjuku Station. It's super convenient in temrs of location. The room is spacious and comfy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Keio Plaza is nice and clean but it is just a basic hotel compare to other hotels in Asia. I find the staffs not helpful and not too friendly but after staying in Tokyo for nearly a week, I think it is probably the Japanese culture not to be friendly to non Japanese speaking foreigners. I love the location though because it is a 5 mins walk to the Shinjuku station and there are loads of shops and restaurants nearby. There are also a 24 hours convenient store on the 2nd floor of the hotel. The only complaint I have about this hotel is they charge hotel guest JPY2,000 per head for using their swimming pool which is the first I ever heard of. We filed a complaint with the hotel so hopfully they will consider to waive that charge in the future.
