My husband and I picked this hotel as it was close to the airport as we had an early morning flight the next day. The shuttle bus was easy to find and clearly labelled on their website. Staff unloaded our luggage and took it to the reception area which was great and after checking in, which only took a minute or so took the cases up to the room too.
I can't say anything about the food in any of the restaurants as we ended up getting the bus over to the airport to eat. Lots more choice!
The shuttle buses are only every 30 minutes so there might be a long ish wait if you just miss one. They're more frequent early in the morning though just in case you have an early flight like we did.
There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel that takes you into Narita town itself and to Aeon Jusco if you fancy exploring and shopping.
All in all I can't fault it but we only stayed one night and it was fine for what we needed. The room was clean, the bathroom a bit small but it does the job. I recommend this if you have an early morning flight and need a place close to the airport.

Gym doesn't open until 10am!
Definitely no frills at the Marroad. But if you're looking for somewhere to collapse after a late flight into Tokyo, it's perfectly adequate. The rooms are small but clean and the staff welcome you in traditional, friendly Japanese style. No room service but vending machines on every floor.
Location is great. Within half an hour of our flight landing in Tokyo, we had been through immigration, collected bags and been safely whisked to the Marroad. Departure was just as speedy, so definitely a hotel for convenience, if not for the bling factor!

Very nice looking hotel.
Easy check-in.
Couldn't find a light switch for the ceiling, had to unscrew the bulbs.
Overall it was a very nice stay at the hotel. The room was nice and the service was really good. My main problem was that I couldn't find a lightswitch for the ceiling lights in my room, and I prefer to sleep in a dark room. Also the Elevators were a little tricky to find, something that could very easily be remedied by a well-placed sign.
