2 nights stay and I was expecting much more. I was very tired and hungry. I was going to order room service and go to bed, but find out they don't offer room service. They have 3 or 4 restaurants in the hotel and I don't understand why they can't offer room service. Also, there were no Wifi, and I had a impression that this hotel is seriously under staffed.

Excellent location for overnight transit stay

If you are going to Tokyo for a destination visit, the hotel is located in just about the worst place. It is so far away from the business centers around Tokyo and tourist attractions. The only reason I would ever recommend this hotel or any others close by is if you are in transit and you are forced to stay overnight in Tokyo before you are able to fly to your ultimate destination.
If you want half way decent food at reasonable prices, you need to eat the airport. The food at the hotel is expensive and not that good. The hotel does offer cheap food at the in house convenience store, but you get what you pay for.

Good Airport Hotel

wanted a good hotel, close to the airport, reasonably priced. asked for a high room facing the airport and was give exactly what i wanted. impressed by the frienly and helpful attitude of the staff, very quick check in and check out. regular free shuttle bus to airport. room very comfortable, quiet and restful. didn't eat at the hotel but there seemed to be a good choice on the menus displayed. spa closed for refurbishment while i was there but should be a big plus when open, would definately stay again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Check times of shuttle as frequencies vary throughout the day.

Great Location and great rooms

This is second time that I have used this hotel. The main reason is the location to Narita Airport which makes it ideal for the transit traveler. The room I had was very spacious and clean and the hotel has excellent restaurnats, convenience store and also a nice complimentary bus service to the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely stay there again as I often go to Japan for business.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Take advantage of the many different trips that one can book through the hotel and at least go into the city for some nice sight seeing.

booked marroad international because of its location and the opportunity to photograph aircraft at close quarters. very helpful and efficient staff. comfortable, well appointed clean rooms. health centre attached.
free regular shuttle serving all terminals. good value for money.
excellent restaurant on the top floor and vending machines on each floor.

Very accomadating
The staff was friendly, there's a restaurant in the hotel, and the room was nice. Not far from the Airport either.

When I stayed, I accidentally left my bathroom bag at the hotel before my flight out of Tokyo. I called the hotel and they were very helpful in getting it back to me. I had to have black cat pick it up and they acted as a liaison for me since I was not there. To me, that's worth 5 stars.
The room was nice. There are a few English television channels in case you're wondering.
Travel tip:
In case you're not familiar with the Haneda airport, there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. It's real easy to find and you can ask one of the staff members at the information desk if you get lost.

For traveler who is looking for accommodation while transiting Narita or wish to explore nearby attractions in Chiba Prefecture, this hotel is a good choice for its value for money. Due to the location of the hotel near the end of the runway, this hotel is also ideal for aviation enthusiasts taking photograph of landing aircrafts at the comfort of the hotel room. But one need to select runway-facing rooms in higher floors in order to do this.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel provides free shuttle bus to some nearby attraction (e.g Shopping mall & Downtown Narita) and Narita airport.
