All the staff here is very helpful and very polite
- Travel tip : The bathroom here is more well equipped than others their neighbors.The hotel have free shuttle bus to Train station and to the Airport.

A must to take time to visit the old town of Narita & walk the grounds of the temple complex, very relaxing. A delight.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the time to stroll the gardens of the main temple, very restful.

For proximity to Narita airport, fairly decent.
- Travel tip : Bring your own ethernet cable if you want to use internet in room - still must pay ¥1,000 (maybe they supply a cable in that cost...). Still, I have learned to carry my own cable if wifi isn't available.

The staff was nice and professional and check-in even with a busload of people from the airport was fast. The building is nice, rooms are big by Japanese business standards. The internet station for 100 yen/10 minutes is a pain and all extras are overpriced. This is best for a quick stop before flying out of Narita but I may look for other options next year.
- Travel tip : Skip the 1700 yen breakfast and eat at the airport.
