Attention to detail and friendly and efficient service by all staff. Western style breakfasts could be improved and greater selection offered. Also, it would be good if the hotel offered a Shuttle service from / to Narita Airport after 9pm for those flights (like mine) that arrived after 9pm. I enjoyed my stay at the Marunouchi Hotel and will definitely stay there again the next time I visit Tokyo. The hotel is very convenient for Tokyo and JR stations, as well as Ginza and the Imperial Palace. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues for when they visit Tokyo.

This hotel has a good location, best service.
I have to admit that I mess up the room everytime and the housekeeping has been really nice, they even help to fold my clothes nicely on my bed, arrange my shoes neatly.
They even offer to push my luggages from the hotel to the Tokyo train station where I board the express train to Narita Airport! If you ever stay in this hotel, you will never doubt they have the best service!
They will greet every guests that walk pass the lobby.
I have to admit that I 'mess up' the room everyday when I stayed with them. The housekeeping has been really nice, they helped to fold my messy clothes neatly on my bed and even arranged my shoes neatly for me everyday.
When I checked out, they even offer to push my luggages from the hotel to Tokyo train station where I board the express train to Narita Airport!
I really appreciate this personal touch from them when I have more than one luggages which weigh really heavy!

The hotel is well located above the Tokyo central railway and an easy 3 block walk to Palace, etc. It was very easy to get the train from the airport to the hotel lugging large suitcases. The hotel staff were excellent and in particular one of the front desk staff actually took us down to the shopping mall nearby and gave us a brief tour to help us work out how to get around. Highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay in central Tokyo.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Palace very nearby.
Railway also very accessible and makes it easy to get around.

Western size rooms; right across from Tokyo station, outstanding service.... Price - seems to cater to business people. Restaurant Tip : OK - if you want to splurge - try the Daian Club in the hotel. Our host explained the contents and preparation of every dish & it was great! Just an outstanding dining experience.
