Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Clean, quiet, and right across the street from the train station. Comfortable bed, very friendly staff.
Clean, quiet, and right across the street from the Narita train station. Made our brief 2 day stay an absolute joy. The front desk agents offered to keep watch on our luggage so that my wife and I could spend the day visiting the local temples well past the checkout time. From there we had an easy return to the Airport via train. We didn't try the restaurant because we wanted to walk around the town, but it looked like a high quality place to dine. Will DEFINATELY stay here again.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : You can see the Hotel sign from the train platform.
The ancient (1000 yr old) temple site is only a 15 minute walk away.
Tons of local restaurants within 15 min walk.

Close to Railway stations (JR & Keisei), Clean, and good value for money.
Not sure if hotel offers no smoking rooms.
I stayed here for my last night in japan before a morning flight home the next day from Narita airport. The hotel was just a short walk to either train station which made it perfect for getting to the airport easily. The Hotel room was clean, comftable and provided a TV (mostly in Japanese), fridge, Hairdyer and Alarm Clock.

-Close to Narita's city train stations (5mn walking)
-Shuttle to the airport (20mn without traffic)
-Internet access in the room included (Lan)
-Breakfast is expensive.
-The pay tv, nonsense nowadays with the internet.
-The two elevators to go to our room
The reception was very efficient, exchanging the voucher for a key card on the spot without any other inconvenient. However our room was in the annexe of the hotel hence to go to and leave the room one had
to use two elevators, a very slight annoyance, no more.
The hotel is close to the two train station of Narita's city. Hence at given hours one can use
the Narita express (NEXT) to come from Tokyo, and you have the choice between three lines of train to go to the airport that is if you don't like the shuttle's timetable. Main criticism: Compared to similar or better hotel I visited in Japan, the breakfast is a bit expensive (1500 Yen).
Restaurant Tip : Going out of the hotel and on its right,
passing in front of the train station (not the JR one the other one) and going on, you will find
your usual choice of Japanese restaurant.
