The hotel is a four star classified hotel well located near Narita station 2 minutes walking with spacious rooms relating to other houses in Tokio and all facilities you need. Attached are different theme restaurants and even a pub style bar with pool billard. They offer transfer to the airport NRT int. Sometimes you get special promotion rates, really good value for money. We recommend this hotel and would definetely stay there again ´cause it is just two stations away from the airport (190 yen).

Well located, spacious rooms

Wireless LAN did not work

  • Restaurant Tip : Just around there is a chinese noodle soup bar opened until midnight with cheap dishes (roundabout 500 Yen).

It's worth to stay here if you have morning flight from Narita since you no need to be so rush to get to the airport. Room is clean and ok. The hotel location not so far from train station just 2-3 minutes walk. There are convenience store , fastfood shop around hotel area.

This hotel's location is close to Narita Airport(about 20 mins by car) and they provide free shuttle bus service for guest. And it is easy to reach this hotel by train (Keiei Line).

Bathroom facility may not match with hotel in Tokyo

Very nice European-style hotel very convenient to both Narita train stations. A 15-20 minute drive to Narita airport, though the complimentary shuttle is not so frequent. Room has two twin beds out together, non-smoking rooms available, and really it was hard to believe this was a (business) hotel in Japan. If you know anything about business/most tourist hotels in Japan, you know they can be quite terrible, but this was an absolute pleasant surprise; really, you cannot believe it was even a hotel in Japan. Did not eat at the restaurants but there seemed to be at least 3 or 4 in the building. There may have been a gym, as well. Staff speaks reasonable English. Convenient location.

Very clean, large rooms with European-type decor.

Shuttle to airport is not so frequent, maybe every 1 hour to 90 minutes.

This hotel is quite comfortable. Everything you need to use is in the hotel room. However, I felt that dining at the hotel (first floor restaurant) was not really worth it.

rooms are comfortable, equipped with everything one might need. Better than many western hotels with more stars.

The dining in the hotel is too expensive and quality not that high.

We used this hotel as a stop over for our flight out the next afternoon. It served that purpose well. I have stayed at other Mercure hotels in Japan and Singapore. The quality is good and the price is right. The hotel is very conveniently located near two different Tokyo area metro train stops. It has easy access to the airport too with a shuttle or the trains. Breakfast at Seychelles was quite tasty. Suggest buying breakfast at check-in to take advantage of discount although price of breakfast isn't bad for Japan. As typical of Japan, service is very good. Front desk people are helpful and speak English well. Hotel room was quiet and comfortable. Everything worked okay and room was clean.

Quiet rooms, comfortable

None

  • Restaurant Tip : There are a lot of nearby places to eat. Ask at the front desk for a map.

It was very comfortable and satisfying stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Facility in the room was good such as kettle for making tea and fridge to keep cool drinks and food items. The location was convenient as it was close to Narita airport and free shattle bus service was excellent. It was good as there are shops and restaurants around the hotel.

Near to Narita airport and free shattle to the airport

no direction or sign for the hotel at train station

I would reccommend staying in this hotel if you want a no frills, fairly basic overnight stay, at a good price - bear in mind, though, that this hotel is located in Narita town (30 mins by bus to airport) and there are other hotels closer to the airport (although possibly more expensive). On the upside, it is well located to explore Narita - quite an interesting town actually - if you have a few hours of free time.

Good breakfast, excellent location if you want to visit the town of Narita (walking distance from train stations, sighst and restaurants).

- If you plan to stay in this hotel in order to be close to Narita airport, bear in mind that it is 30 minutes by bus from the airport. The hotel provides bus transfers every 30 minutes. - Rooms are rather small.

The Mercure Hotel Narita is very easy to access from both Keisei Narita Station and JR Narita Station, which makes it a good place to stay before an early flight. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The dining options in the hotel are nice, although a little pricy. Fortunately, there are several restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel was very close to both stations, and was very easy to find. Rooms were nice, clean, and spacious.

There was a meeting being held when I stayed there. Some of the people attending were very loud in the hallways during the night.

Generally, good hotel Guest Rating: 3.3

Considering everything is very expensive in Japan, staying in this hotel is a good choice (cheap rate, easy access to everywhere and a clean hotel)

  • Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure you ask for the English train station schedule in the information center in the station terminal.
