On arrival the Hotel was not able to check us in until 3pm unless we paid for a full extra night. The reception was not able to speak English. No room service. The best thing that can be said about the hotel was the cleanliness along with location, which had great access to Ginza area as well as the fish market etc

Good bed, Good location if you like to walk 10 minutess, Nothing else.

It was just ok, nothing more . Difficult to get airport transfer (to and from airport), only follow other hotel transfer schedule.

Good hotel, close to rail and subway system. Staff was very friendly.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
You can use Japan Railway system for coming from airport to this hotel. No need to buy Japan Rail pass for short trip.

Hotel is located in beautiful location, not so close to JR/Subway station but not too far about 7 min walk which is very usual in Japan.
Room is comfortable enough to stay three persons.
Staffs are friendly and always helpful.

Nous avons atteri a l'aeroport d'Haneda ou nous avons pris le monorail jusqu'a la station JR Hamamtsucho. En sortant de la gare l'hotel se trouve en retrait des grandes arteres a 5-10mn a pied. Pas grand chose a faire tout autour, mais cet hotel n'est pas pour autant isole et se trouve parfaitement situe pour rayonner a l'est et a l'ouest de la ville. Vous etes a 5-10mn du JR yamamote et de la station Daiomn et a 10-15mn de la station Simbashi a pied. Hotel tres propre, petites chambres bien equipees. Personnel fort aimable et aux petits soins. Demandez leur de reserver un taxi pour 4h du matin et informer celui ci de l'endroit ou vous souhaitez vous rendre, et une personne vous attend a la sortie de l'ascenceur avec un plan (marche aux poissons). Petit dejeuner correct, pas excellent.Nous n'y avons pas mange. Et y avons passe une seule nuit.

お部屋が狭くて荷物をおくのが大変でした。
ロケーションはよく、時間がたっぷりあったら 近くの公園にも行ってみたかったです。

大きなお風呂がありよかったですが、小さな子供さんが多いときでとっても賑やかでした。
朝食はバラエティーに富んでいましたが、 お味はもうひとつでした。

部屋は綺麗で国際展示場へはLocation は良い。

部屋は３人ですと、かなり狭く、併設の温泉浴場も狭い。バスタブもユニットバスにてかなりすべてが狭いビジネスホテルである。ビジネス宿泊には最適と思われる。
