great cafe/shops 5mins walk by shimbashi jr line
station. great views of tokyo tower. public bath on level 13 great.hotel staff friendly and welcoming.
cleaners would take to long to clean room each day.but they done a great job.
my wife and i did not speak japanese at all but english speaking staff helped. the hotel is new and very clean the beds are firm though.the internet is free!there is english papers to buy in the lobby.the vending machine is great located
on every floor. the lifts work fast.i would tell anyone to stay here for there 1st trip to japan. easy trains to catch and its in a quite part of tokyo.just great value!

to the left of the ground floor lifts.

modern decor, great dinner buffet.
quite a distance to walk to the subway station
there is no large shopping mall nearby
we felt quite comfortable when we entered the hotel. the decoration in the lobby looked nice. the buffet dinner in the hotel lobby was good and it costs only us$40., which served italian food. the weaknesses of the hotel was take quite a long distance to walk to the subway station. it seemed so long to walk especially if you carry so many things after shopping or when you checked out. no areas that need to be improved in terms of the room. staff at the reception was quite helpful even though they can't speck fluent english.

A comfortable room, with functional amenities.
I liked the public bath, a relaxing feature.
Nice humidity machine for a restful sleep.
Kept the room temp too hot. I had to keep the window open at night.
The hotel location, with the help of a map or by taking a taxi, it was not difficult to locate. The front desk was attentive and smooth check in. The room was sufficient and functional during my stay, near by restaurants and train lines, located in a quiet area of the city. The room has a humidifier, a nice feature to have in winter, sometimes the rooms get too dry and it makes it difficult to breath and have a good night sleep. The public bath was a nice experience, as I had a long trip, having a bath after arrival, put my body into a relaxing mode. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. A good value for the rate.
Restaurant Tip : Near lawson store, conveniently located and surrounding restaurants for a fun and quick meal. I had breakfast at a small cafe, nice, clean, friendly with good coffee and sweet breads.
