We stayed here for one night, the free shuttle makes things incredibly easy to get to from the airport. The hotel is large and the appearance is good, the decor inside is really good. The reception staff are polite, quick and efficient. We were checked in quickly and then went to our room. A decent size room, clean and comfortable. The toiletries they provide are good as well as the facilities in room such as AC, kettle, tv with English channels, fridge and a decent view from the window. The simple things that matter here are that even the remote control has instructions on how to use it as it is in Japanese, it's nice that they think of the small details! The bed was comfy and had decent linen. The facilities in the hotel are good, such as swimming pool and jacuzzi. It also had a sauna but you had to pay extra. The swimming pool definitely could use a refurb! Great hotel, a bit stingey that they won't let you use the pool once you have checked out and your flight isn't for hours!

Although my stay at the Narita Excel Hotel was short (about 10 hrs), the staff made my stay very pleasant and allowed me to change my room to a smoking one without any hassel. The free airport shuttle bus was a fast and efficent way for me to get from the airport and back, especially as my flight inthe morning was at 6:30am. The one down side was that the free interent in my room was inky available using a cable - which my tablet was unable to use, luckily for me i had already rented a portable wifi device for my stay in japan, so i just continued using that. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Excellent transit hotel! Free airport shuttle (15min to hotel), hotel shuttle to local shopping area (Aeon, restaurants, Starbucks, sporting goods, etc). Walking distance to golf driving range short taxi to Narita Taiheiyo Golf club. Fast in room ethernet or wifi. Small exercise room w/ swimming pool, coin laundry available. Rms are larger for Japan, clean w/ comfortable beds.

My partner and I got a great bargain for this room and we loved the larger than average Japanese size room. I'm glad the breakfast buffet was included, the croissants and coffee were alright, but everything else was very meh. The eggs were in edible. Never pay for the breakfast, it was ¥2000 per person to pay for it separately, but since it was included in our price, we ate what we could. Other than the breakfast, the hotel was fantastic. It was a great place to relax before our flight!
