Very good location in Tokyo and it is a pick up location from the Limousine Bus from Narita airport
Around 7 min. walking from the Shinjuku Station, the Washington Hotel has very good location and lots of facilities close by.

Staff could improve on answering questions in English.
Hotel has nice single rooms with bath. Good room service and the staff are polite. Bus shuttles are regular and on time, however the pathways could be better explained especially for the routes between the shopping mall and the train station. The restaurant staff are fast and polite. And the food menu are reasonably displayed and the food is tasty.

cheap, clean, quiet, friendly staff will go out of their way to help. Not all speak great english but will find another person if they run into any difficulty, free shuttle bus very handy and easy to use
being where it is it is better as a stop over hotel not a place that you would stay for long periods if you wanted to look around
After finding the shuttle bus which was quite easy I was taken to the hotel directly with one stop off at another hotel, the electronic sign in the bus had japanese and english. The hotel itself was well presented and clean. The staff were helpful when asked questions and found another person to help you if they couldnt. I didn't eat at the hotel, it looked simple but not very interesting. I found the area not that good from a tourists point of view but this is a great stop over if flying in late and travelling the next day. the rooms are small here, they all are in japan, and are very quiet.
Hotel Feature Tip : great place to use as a cheap stop over which is clean and quiet.
