It was better than sleeping at the airport.

I arrived being first time to Japan, upon arrival was very tired and early in afternoon. I asked about the hours of the restaurant and was told they were closed today. THen I asked what was near and the staff with no emotions said would have to get food at the airport. With this being 230pm and not planning to leave until 9am I was at a loss. I was not told anything about or amenities and the day staff seemed put off by me being there. I did find a nice person at the hotel shop that opened at 5pm and purchased some snacks. I was told nothing about the television or the option to purchase a tv card. i just feel that alittle more attention to details would be nice.

Great transit hotel in Tokyo

I was surprised when when I arrived here. The hotel makes a way nicer impression than the rate I paid. I arrived in Narita at 8pm and took the hotel's free shuttle. The hotel is about ten minutes by bus from the airport. The reception is spacious, there is a good business centre and check in was fast. There is a nice little convenience store near reception if you need to buy essentials. The prices aren't so bad and it's open till 11pm. I had a flight out at 6am and again, there was a free shuttle to the airport. I would stay here again.
