The hotel was really good for me because it is very close to airport and the room was huge. Overall, i was pleased to stay there. If i have a chance to go to Narita, i definitely will stay there. Thank you.

We were pleased with the courteous service, clean rooms and bathrooms, carpeted and quiet space which helped us rest as there were four of us, two in each room. The rooms were small but inexpensive. Reception let us in early for no extra fee.
Restaurant Tip:
Food inside terminal is excellent but not cheap.

Fabulous hotel for the price.
It really is just 10 minutes from Narita airport. Light on the wallet.

This is a monster sized hotel and on arrival I didn't know what to expect. Actually, I live in Tokyo, but I had an early morning flight so I decided to stay at the Narita Tobu hotel; the airport that serves Tokyo, which is nowhere near Tokyo!
Checking in was a breeze and the staff were very efficient. I got out there at 7:30 p.m. The biggest surprise was size of the room; compared to most of Japan's standard city hotels, it was fairly large. Trust me, in Japan's crowded cities I've stayed in hotels that have room's that are the size of shoeboxes!
The hotel has a pool and I gym, but I can't vouch for those as I didn't go there.
The hotel has some eating options, which I can't vouch for either as I didn't try the food.
There is also a shuttle bus to the hotel every 30 minutes.
They have smoking and non-smoking rooms.
Travel tip:
If you are only staying around a day or so, I recommend visit nearby Narita City. It is close and you'd get a taste for Japan. The Narita-san Shinshō-ji temple is particularly impressive, but it would be best to have some sort of guide to explain things to you.

Perfect hotel for night before early flight
Hotel has an Airport Shuttle. It takes only 2 minutes to drive to the airport.

the hotel has old rooms and the rooms are not so clean. the airco is also old and doesn't work well. but our triple room had three large comfortable beds.
the shuttle is perfect except it only drives every half hour. if you miss it, half an hour is quite a wait. every 15 minutes would be better.

Perfect for overnight between connecting flights. Be sure to specify 2 person occupancy if that's what you need. The website defaults to 1 person and the hotel charges mode for a second person. Restaurant is too small for the rush of early morning breakfast customers, but the wait is worthwhile for a delicious variety of traditional japanese fare.

Loved the fridge in the room
the shuttle to the airport, the big tv, ice machine

we were happy to have the shuttle to the airport. we liked the bathroom. the restuarants looked very delicious, but they were expensive. the pool was expensive, the pool should be free to hotel guests. microwave in the room would have been nice. softer mattress would be welcome. the room was neat and seemed clean. i would stay there again.

the rooms were a decent size, everything was clean, and there's a free shuttle that takes you to the airport just down the street. i think it took 20 minutes. what more could you want?
