Helpful staff from Narita Tobu
Helpful bus driver that pick me up

it was a short stay waiting for early the day after flight.
as i am not sure the location exactly, i waited for the shuttled bus as the airport. the bus driver came exactly on time and he was so helpfull to load mya trunk to the bus.
the reservation was also very helpfull. she guided me for the early nest day shuttle. she also can speak english and easy to understand.

We were a family of 10 age from 60+ to 3 years of age. Children stay free with parents, large beds in twin rooms. Very comfortable, spacious rooms some interconnecting. Shuttle bus to
Narita Airport. Also very quiet. Would definately return to this hotel.

Convenient for early flights.

The entire 2 days stay in this hotel had been pleasant. On the first day April 8, we stayed in a standard double room and on the second day April 9 we transferred to a standard triple room which is even wider and more spacious. We did not have any difficult time. We had a very relaxing evening while waiting for our next flight early the next morning.

it was a pleasant stay at the hotel, it was a very short ride away from the airport, shuttle buses come in intervals of half an hour, and buses are provided which ferry you to narita village or aeon mall (though i found that the bus which ferries to aeon mall ends its service too early). the hotel is clean and spacious, with good amenities, staff are friendly and helpful. enjoyable stay!

this is a very good place to spend the night especially when your flight is early in the morning. shuttle bus is available and departs every 30 minutes. there is a very convenient "atm-like" machine where your dollar can be readily converted to local currency yen. there is a vendo machine for drinks in every floor.
there was no hotel bellboy who can help you carry your luggage up to your room. the room number is also confusing. our room number is 767 and that of my children is 765 but we were several rooms apart.
Restaurant Tip:
Though the hotel is very near the airport, there are several fast food stores near the hotel like Sushiya. The price is very reasonable and the taste is good.

the hotel room is clean and spacious. though there is no wifi connection, the lan connection is a nice alternative and the download speed is good. if you want to go wifi, the fee is a bit expensive. the staff speak good english and communication is not difficult.
Hotel Feature Tip:
You can make use of the free bus shuttle to and from airport to meet some friends who arrived later than your flight.

the room given to us is very big for 3 the three young adults. the available lan connection is good enough to keep the children busy with their laptops. though the room number is a bit confusing because it has no pattern. the numbers skip and you have to find your way on your own. the carpet seem somewhat old but clean.

narita tobu hotel airport's location is great. at the bus stop in narita international airport, the hotel bus will pick you up. since i arrived the airport late evening, besides there was no taxi waiting, this service helped me a lot. it takes a few minutes to the hotel and the bus goes often. i just used the hotel as a stop over for a night to transfer to the next destination. in that case this hotel is perfect because of the location. and room is good. it is recommended to a busy business person.
