Close proximity good for overnight stay, as we had to catch an early flight the next day.
Drawback is the hotel is old, with old fashion decor and NO WiFi. Only has plug in internet cable. Not usable if you have a smart phone or tablet. Has flat screen TV though.

Close to the airport with free shuttle and staff will go out of their way to help.

Because of the Japanese holidays my plane was delayed in arriving, however, the hotel went out of their way to ensure my guest was taken care of.
Will have this hotel at the top my list the next time I come through; highly recommend it because also of their multi-lingual staff.
Travel tip:
Ensure you use the various transportation available free from the hotel either to see the area or back and forth to the airport area.

use hotel shuttle bus and go out for shopping at aeon big shopping centre for trevelers with many types of restaurants. close at 10pm and very good price goods and gifts.

We arrived within 30 minutes of leaving the airport and were quickly checked in by friendly staff. We were delighted to find some restaurant choices in the hotel. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant and enjoyed it very much. It was a quiet and comfortable sleep and quick shuttle return in the morning. We were very pleased and will book this hotel again whenever we fly through Tokyo.

There is nothing within walking distance. Not even a family mart or something small. The only place to eat are on site restaurants that are very pricey. It is great if you have a layover at Narita. There are regular shuttles and the times are very precise. Clean hotel and good for a night, but no longer if you don't have a car.

Room has a large TV! Shuttle Bus service trips are not very frequent(intervals of 40-60mins) but goes to quite a few places.
Overall was a comfortable stay
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Naritasan Temple. Shuttle Bus from Tobu goes to Narita Station which you can then walk over. 20mins Walk.

This hotel was just fine for our one night stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Shopping Tip:
Use the free shuttle from the hotel to either JR Narita or the Aeon Mall. Shuttle times are widely posted at the hotel.

This was a delightful surprise. We needed a hotel to stay in overnight that was as close to the airport as possible. The free bus transfer directly to the hotel was great, and check-in/out was painless. The buffet breakfast has a great selection of both western and Japanese foods to please all palates. The bed was very comfortable, and although the room was on the small side, it did have a small table and chairs, a desk, and suited our needs well. I would definitely recommended this hotel to other travellers.
