Great location for a stop over in Japan
Free shuttle bus service to the city of Narita

The Narita Tobu Hotel is well located at the airport and offers a free shutle bus service to the city of Narita. If you it is shopping that you are interested in, you will be well served at the AEON shopping Centre where the bus will take you. You can find many restaurants and nice shops wher you can fins a great variery of goods.
If you wish to go for a walking tour of the city, the bus will take you to the train stations at a walking distance from the main street that will take you to the very beautiful Narita temple.

I have stayed here before. It is convenient to stay the night before a flight, getting a late evening train from Tokyo, rather than an early morning one.
The bus service to and from the airport is reliable (but the last bus is about 11 pm so don't get the last train).
The rooms are spacious and comfy.

Super friendly and big rooms for a japanese hotel

The staff were great and i was given treatment comparable to the large hotels. Rooms are surprisingly spacious and made me doubt for a min if i was really in Japan.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Not much to see around the hotel. More for layovers/jetlags and early flights

I only stayed overnight after arriving late in the afternoon. Check in was very swift. Room large and clean. Room service was ok and the internet in the business centre was reasonable.

Overall is value for money though the hotel is a bit rundown..Rooms are spacious as we booked two twin rooms and they gave us connecting rooms as requested. Front desk personnel are not too friendly (the one that attended to me, maybe she had a bad day). Free shuttle bus to Aeon mall is a plus point for last minute shopping and Narita airport is just 5 minutes away with free shuttle bus service as well.
