Great location for the airport
You get what you expect, clean well run hotel
9.3
Great option if you have to fly out of Japan early in the morning and don't fancy a rush in the morning. Free hotel Shuttles run you to the airport in 10 mins or less.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Free shuttle to nearby township of Narita - 10 mins by bus, has a mall and other shops - great for last minute gifts/time killing.

Very convenient, good for overnight layovers.
Convenient free shuttle-bus service to close-by airport
8.3
This hotel is clean and convenient. The rooms are quiet despite being very close to the airport. From the upper floors you can watch airplanes taking off and landing.
Use of the pool cost ¥1500 per person additional. (Although they would negotiate the price down to ¥2000 for two people.) The breakfast buffet was only average and cost ¥2000. The dinner buffet was ¥4000. So the food is expensive for what you get.
The Internet is free and fast at about 3 Mb per second.
The ideal use of this hotel is for layovers at the Narita airport.

Amazingly big room
Great location for airport and a room this size in Japan - wow! Unknown!
8.7
Thought it would be a bit bog standard but turned out to be much better quality than that.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Shuttle bus finishes quite early compared to other hotel buses at Narita - check out the timetable before you go

Good hotel near Nartia Airport
7
This hotel is 5 minutes away from Narita and there is a free Shuttle bus from bus stop 25 outside door 2 of Terminal 2. The bus schedule is shown there but from the hotel it departs every half hour. The hotel itself is large and quite modern and efficient. Staff are very good and attentive. The rooms are a good size and the beds and pillows are comfortable although the duvet was a little strange and had a leathery/plastic feel to it. The toilet had a bottom washing system which needs getting used to but good after the initial surprise. The TV had English channels but the controls were all in Japanese and all channels were broadcasting in Japanese. It is necessary to read the information pamphlets in the room to find out how the TV control works. There is a flap to open at the bottom of the control and then press the right hand button a few times until English can be heard. The early morning wake up system was good with it being automatic on the phone. Free coffee and tea in the room and coin operated vending machines in the corridor. No shopping or anywhere to visit nearby.

Good hotel, will stay again.
Good location, clean rooms, free parking for a week
9.3
Good clean room with large TV. No wifi in room but had LAN for fast Internet. Beds were good but pillows were not to my liking. One was too soft, the other too hard. We stayed only the one night but parked our car there for three. Good shuttle service to and from the airport.
All in all, pleased with this hotel experience.

Great ovation for an early domestic flight
6.3
after missing the last narita express from shinjuku i arrived late and was upgraded which was nice but the rooms are average but okay for the small price i paid for a hotel room , i asked the receptionist if i could but food after being on the train for 3 hours , he said sorry restaurant is closed with no alternative i asked is there a lawson or 7 eleven around he said oh yes inside the hotel , i said ok thanks i will get to my room and then buy some dinner , i put bags away then i went to lawson only too find out it was "closed" the staff are very uninformed and not customer service orientated. i was annoyed and then sent off too another convenience store 12 minutes walk away it was pouring with rain , i couldnt find the store it was dark and wet, i abandoned my search and returned to the hotel only too find the doorman i asked for directions returning from the same very store i had just been sent too in the rain walking, he drove the hotel van to the shop that he sent me walking in the rain too. i am so bewildered by the stupidity and unhelpfulness of the late night staff at this hotel very unprofessional and not customer service orientated. but it is cheap and close to airport with free transfers to domestic and international airports at narita.
Travel tip:
make sure you do not miss the last Narita express from tokyo too Narita and if you have an early flight make sure you book a hotel in Narita for the night before its an over 60 km drive from Tokyo city.

Older but very clean large rooms. Free shuttle to and from airport. Used hotel to rest, repack, and prepare for flight home. Good for one night stay. Dining option because of location, weather, and time of day were to use the free shuttle (10 minutes) and return to airport for Japanese and Chinese food, or McDonalds. Staff spoke English and was very helpful
Travel tip:
WiFi only in lobby.
