From arrival at Narita Airport to relaxing in our comfortable room took only 35 minutes! The courtesy bus was on time to the minute and check-in proceedure was super efficient. The registrar even took the effort to check our flight details for the next day in order to suggest timings for the appropriate return courtesy bus to the airport. This hotel is exactly what you want at the end of an 11 hour flight. Many thanks!
Speedy courtesy bus from the airport, sophisticated reception with excellent no fuss check-in, comfortable and quiet room.
No weaknesses!

We flew in planning to stay at Narita View Hotel and commute to the Akihabara area to do our tourist type shopping. I went with my husband, and another room for our grown son. The hotel is very nice, very clean, good water pressure in the shower. Beds rather firm but quite comfortable, with those rice-bran pillows. TV all in Japanese so we could try to guess what was going on! e didn't bring power adapters for the Japanese plugs or ethernet cables for laptops, thinking wifi, but they cheerfully furnished loaners for us. They were also able to change our dollars into yen at an honest rate. (However, they couldn't change them back when it was time to leave.) It turned out we seriously underestimated how long it would be to get to the Akihabara district, by shuttle bus/train/another train, but we managed to get there and back. I can absolutely recommend the Narita View Hotel to anybody who wants to remain in Narita, but to those who want to go to the Big City, keep the travel time in mind.
Convenient to airport, great shuttle bus service. Nice clean rooms with wired high-speed Internet. Good vending machine access and convenience store in the hotel.
For us, more information in the room in English would have been good, but after all it is a Japanese hotel. Way too far from where we wanted to go, Akihabara. But that was a con only for us, not a general problem. Restaurants open only at specified mealtimes, room service expensive and limited selection.
- Shopping Tip : Shuttle bus goes to a mall which we did not have time to check out, but looked interesting.
