If you plan on staying out late past when the trains run, its probably best to stay either in Shinjuku or Roppongi. Saibo is perfect if you are going to get in before the last train.

Try the Udon restaurant across the street from the Saibo. It's cheap and delicious. There's at least 2 24-hour convenience stores near the hotel for late-night snacking and the Mitsukoshi department store is just a couple of blocks West of the the Saibo.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : From Ningyocho Station, Ginza, Hibiya, Akihabara and the Imperial Palace are a short ride away. Shinjuku, Roppongi and Harajuku are a slightly longer ride, but well worth it. If you know how to play Pachinko well and get lucky, you can pay for the hotel with a couple of hours of fun. ;)
