The hotel has great location, easily accessible from both JR and Tokyo Subway lines. Also available is free internet service and the people on front desk are very friendly and helpful. I strongly recommend this economical yet good accommodation option while in Tokyo.

If you are travelling alone and do not need extended space this is a great place. The value was wonderful allowing me to stay under budget and spending the extra on other things. There is no place to welcome clients in a meeting room, which could be a drawback. I was there to attend a conference, and was really more interested in a place where I could sleep after a long day standing up. The staff were very helpful and my lack of Japanese did not make things harder. Like have mentioned the rooms are tiny but clean.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Take the Water taxi's @ night! There is a boarding station as you go left out of the hotel. Tokyo @ night on the river is beautiful.
