I stayed in the capsule hotel section of the hotel as all I needed was a place to sleep for the night. I arrived late and left early. It was quiet, clean, cheap and convenient, which was all I wanted.

Avoid. Cold hotel that stank of cigarettes

Wasn't in Tokyo station area as advertised. Took an extra 45 mins to get there from Tokyo station. They didn't receive my no smoking request. Staff rude and uncaring. Changed to a non smoking room that smelled like cigarette smoke. Room was icy cold with no air-con. No extra bedding in the room. Froze. No English hotel info booklet ini room.
Travel tip:
Avoid avoid avoi.

Clean, central and friendly...

The hotel was easy to find, quiet and clean. The staff were friendly and we were able to communicate without us knowing much Japanese. The hotel is located pretty centrally and of course near a station so transport was pretty easy. It's close to where the sumos wrestle and the electronics district. If you want a drink there are a few small bars in some of the nearby streets for beers and something to eat. Overall a great stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Go to Akihabara, the city's major electronics district, at night, it's close and crazy...

this hotel is very near to jr sobu line bukurocho station or asakusa bashi station.
however, metro exits for both stations do not have lift or escalator. pulling 20kg of luggages through n forth the station is a nightmare.
this is the biggest shortcoming of the hotel. other the that, hotel's interior n room space is reasonable.
as usual, room space is small n similar to other budget hotel in japan.

ideal place to do sightseeing in Tokio
location - not far from the centre of Tokio, close to underground and local train stations

The hotel is located at the main street, but the rooms are very quiet (double glazing) and you don't get the street noise in your room. The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day, sheets and towels also changed every single day. The room was pretty tiny, but had everything you need - a table, a tv set (Japanese channels only, though), free internet access (wi-fi, and cable),a kettle (and one bag of green tea for each person), a hairdryer and a small fridge. They also provide you with a toothpaste and toothbrush, a razor, a shampoo, conditioner and body soap. You also get a night gown and slippers.
The only drawback was that it was far too hot in the room. No possibility to open the window or turn the heating down (we were staying end November, beginning of December). Don't know how the air-conditioning works in the summer...
All-in-all it's definitely worth recommending and if I were to come back to Tokyo, I would definitely stay there again :)
Travel tip:
If this is the only place you're gonna stay in, then you don't have to take any towels with you, or toothpaste and toothbrush, no shampoo or body soap, as it's all is provided. There's also a kettle and cups, ana a small fridge. If you come in the cold season, be prepared that the rooms are terribly hot and it's impossible to open the window.
