we were prepared for a teeny tiny room in Tokyo - but were pleasantly surprised. it was small - compared to other countries :) - but it was completely fine. good sized bed. you could actually walk around the bed. good size table and bathroom that you could actually dry yourself in with outstretched arms!
decent view. helpful staff. close to the action in shinjuku but 1 street back - so very quiet and easy to get to/from.
bad points? the included breakfast was pretty poor. it was cold, limp & and there wasnt much of it. we skipped breakfast 5 of the 8 mornings we were there. just some fruit and cereal would have done the trick - but it was cold scrambled eggs and stone cold tiny sausages. and you had a choice of about 4 sausages. in total.
the size of the room.

- Hotel Feature Tip : dont bother with the included breakfast if its an option.

Does not allow visitors in rooms, not suitable for someone meeting their Tokyo friends.
Easy to find, and good for transport networks in Tokyo.
Rooms tiny by western standards.
- Shopping Tip : Try the local department stores, good value.

If you would like extra bags to give presents away most shops will do so on asking.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Shinjuku Station is a great central location.

Try to get a room on the seventh or eighth floor, like 806 or 706, for the best view.
- Restaurant Tip : If hungry but you don't have much money or are concerned about your Japanese just enter a chain with an orange exterior and point to the bowl of rice with pork or beef you want. Very filling and simple.

Overall we would stay there again as it was very close to the subway and it also included breakfast which was very good.
- Shopping Tip : There is a 7-Eleven right around the corner which is great for snacks at very inexpensive prices.

Recommended if you want to shopping around Shinjuku. The location is good otherwise you can find many cheaper hotel.
