Easy walking distance to the station.
great location, nice rooms (small but expected), good staff

As said above, a good location easy walking distance to Shinjuku Station. Lots going on in the area, restaurants, shops, etc. Rooms small, but as expected in downtown big cities anywhere now. Good value, helpful staff. Breakfast not offered on my package, but no problem, lots of nearby options. I'll return to this hotel. Elevator access from outside (1st floor) not well marked (hotel office on 2nd floor).
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Government tower nearby offers grew views of the part of Tokyo.

Great location but room is a bit small

good location. easy access to train station. the service is good and the price is relatively cheaper than other hotels in tokyo. but the room is really small - you just do not have space to open the luggage.

Close to the hustle'n'bustle of Shinjuku nightlife
very spacious bathroom, great location, self-serve complimentary consumable amenities

located north-west of the jr shinjuku station proper, it is a little bit difficult to locate without the aid of a map or gps when you enter shinjuku for the first, or even second, time. if you head towards the west exit of the station, and aim for exit b16 or thereabouts, you will save yourself a lot of trouble trying to locate the hotel in unfamiliar surrounds. when you reach the hotel, the entry is actually above ground level on the 2nd floor via stairs or the service elevator.
