A comfort and convenient hotel worth to recommend
The bed, bath room and sanitary facilities.

I was satisfied in an overall comment, but the room has smoking smell and no wireless internet have to be improved.

Should not be on Agoda's recommended hotels for being near Haneda.
1) US $ 30 each way for taxi.
2) 10 a.m. checkout. Additional hours at US $ 10 per hour.
3) No wireless. Only LAN. My computer does not even have a LAN
port! Had to go to Apple store and get an adaptor for $30.
4) No coffee, not in room, not in lobby.
5) Even by Japanese standards, room was tiny. Could not fit my bag.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't have any regular sized bags. No room.

Convenient to Haneda Aiport.

This is a fairly typical low-budget Japanese business hotel. I have no complaints about it. The staff were polite and helpful.It's reasonably close walking distance to a JR station. Though I saw no "famous sights", I found the area around the hotel interesting. It shows a bit of ordinary Japanese life. Right next to the hotel there is one of those mile long covered low budget shopping malls which you find in many Japanese cities.
Hotel Feature Tip:
A Haneda airport staff member suggested I take a local bus. Look carefully at a map before getting there, as it was a bit far from the bus stop and I had to ask for directions from the bus stop to the hotel. Maybe the JR rail is a better option to get from airport to hotel.
