My family had a very pleasant stay in the hotel for 4 days. The staff were nice and helpful despite of not very fluent in English. The breakfast and the laundry service were excellent. My two little kids especially loved the long corridor between the room and the elevators because it served well as their racing course.
Very comfortable atmosphere.
The closest official hotel to the Bayside monorail station.
The air conditioning at some tables and the corridor to the breakfast restaurants are a bit too cold.

Try to book as early as possible. Disney Tokyo is always crowded and this year, the crowd is bigger than last year.
