Not a hotel : no front desk, minimum stay 7 days

good location, spacious, well equipped kitchen, balconies

first of all you have to call them & get your room key at another location in Shimbashi. you even need to sign papers in their office. there's no front desk, no cleaning service or any other hotel services. the room is spacious and has well equipped kitchen and 2 balconies. close to the imperial palace, it's good location for both sightseeing and business. there is no restaurant in the building but you can find cafes and restaurants in nearby area.

el apartamento ha resultado ideal para el tipo de estancia qeu hemos tenido en tokyo.... bien situado ,bien equipado, bien cuidado y de reciente construccion. como aspecto negativo, reseñar que nos comunicaron mal la combinacion para abrir el buzon donde teniamos que recoger las llaves, con el consiguiente problema por tener que encontar el modo de ponernmos en contacto con alguien qeu nos aclarara el modo de acceder a las llaves.... y una vez conseguido, no se molestaron en ir al edificio para facilitarnos las llaves, teniendo que soportar una larga conversacion en ingles con un deseconocido por telefono, y el consiguiente gasto de llamada telefonica en rouming.
