Hanasanshou Restaurant
Guests can enjoy traditional Japanese "kaiseki" cuisine carefully selected and prepared by chief chef Yoshiaki Takada, using fresh seasonal ingredients supplied from a farming family in Kyoto that has been growing vegetables for over 400 years. The "Breakfast Set" or "Porridge Set" that comes with soup and three types of healthy small dishes is the breakfast of choice. For lunch, Hanasanshou features a "Shokado" lunch box and "Mini Kaiseki" course. At dinnertime, guests can enjoy a wide selection of a la carte items, in addition to kaiseki cuisine and a choice of over 50 types of "shochu."

I enjoyed my stay at the Park Hotel so much that I have booked for a further 3 nights at the end of my holiday. The proximity to the trains and subway, the assorted restaurants within a stone`s throw from the hotel, make it a perfect stay in one of Tokyo's classy areas.
No need to say that the cleanliness of the hotel, the staff and the room were A+ all the way. The bathroom slippers were extra high, so that short people could add a couple of inches - my son was so impressed that he took with him our pairs -something he never does!
The hotel has a very impressive lobby. The staff are very friendly and the facilities are excellent. Situated at the heart of the Ginzaz,Toyko`s 5th Avenue, the hotel is also a stones` throw from the subway.
There is nothing that really need improving - the rooms are a little small and the breakfast is far too expensive for what u get,but otherwise the hotel is excellent.

The hotel was beautiful, but for the money I paid I expected to at least get clean air. If you're sensitive to smells I would avoid this hotel at all costs. The views of the tower were magnificent and the free jazz in the lobby was great. The location of the hotel was pretty nice too, but I would recommend taking the Yamanote line to Shinagawa (150 each way) for a bit more of a relaxed atmosphere. The area is a business location, so not much to see unless you go to the otherside of the Shinbashi station.
Great design
Great views
Free jazz in the evenings
Free internet
Comfortable bed
Smelled like an ash tray everywhere, and I mean everywhere. I had to get an air filter in my room to escape the smell. I'm usually not picky about these things, but I was pretty overwhelmed the second I came in.
staff were a bit stuffy
Business corner was more of a "Tourist" corner.
Wished the staff were just a bit more relaxed and friendlier.
Bathtub kept getting clogged for no reason
- Nightlife Tip : The izakayas around the major stations are a great place to get some good food and enjoy the local atmosphere.

Fantastic hotel, in a centric location. A lot of services available. Kindness of the staff.
Little rooms that needs a refresh.
