I have requested to have a early check-in when I book the rom on agoda.com. They do the early check in for us without extra charge.
Also, we have requested to have a tower view room. They said there was a 1150 yen extra charge per night for a tower view room. And it is so worthy!!! The night tower view is beautiful. It is a clean and confortable room. THe nice staff have recommended the place we may go near the hotel after we have checked in. Free, and fast internet, no password needed.

Great for business travelers

I was in Tokyo for business and Agoda recommended this hotel. The hotel lobby and some rooms have a fantastic view of Tokyo Tower at night. The direct airport bus limousine service stops at this hotel's lobby which is great if you don't want to drag your luggage through Tokyo's complicated subway system.
The location was just above Shiodome train station and you could take a 5 minute underground walk to Shimbashi Station which is a major interchange where you can connect to many train lines.
The hotel is only walking distance to Ginza via an outdoor sky connector. 10 mins stroll to Higashi Ginza area, 15 mins slow walk to the main Ginza area. Location is very good.
The hotel staff were polite and they have a desk where you can sit down to plan your journey/ask directions with a staff that can speak excellent english.
The only minus points were the pillows which were too flat and lumpy for a hotel of this standard. Also, the Wifi was not very stable. I experienced dropped signals intermittently but they went back to normal speed after 30 seconds. The area is situated in a business district which makes it convenient if you are doing business there. It does get very quiet at night but it is in a very safe area.
All in all, I was very satisfied with my stay in the Park Hotel Tokyo.

Hanasanshou Restaurant
Guests can enjoy traditional Japanese "kaiseki" cuisine carefully selected and prepared by chief chef Yoshiaki Takada, using fresh seasonal ingredients supplied from a farming family in Kyoto that has been growing vegetables for over 400 years. The "Breakfast Set" or "Porridge Set" that comes with soup and three types of healthy small dishes is the breakfast of choice. For lunch, Hanasanshou features a "Shokado" lunch box and "Mini Kaiseki" course. At dinnertime, guests can enjoy a wide selection of a la carte items, in addition to kaiseki cuisine and a choice of over 50 types of "shochu."
