This was a great hotel to stay at. It was very central to the Shiodome station. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. There are areas that can be improved. Wireless broadband would have been a great plus. That way, people can access the internet from anywhere in the hotel.
Additionally, more TV channels would have been great. In relative terms, expected more but was a bit disappointed with this one.
1) Its easily accessible from the train station.
2) Friendly and polite staff.
3) Great views of the Tokyo city.
1) the 32nd floor had a bit of a smell.
2) No wireless broadband (this should be provided - most hotels have this).
3) Shower drainage was a bit clogged.
4) As this was part of our honeymoon trip, expected a bit more from the hotel but nothing was really done.
5) Towels were not changed that regularly if at all. We were there for 6 days and probably used the same towel for half of our stay there. Even though we placed the towels on the floor.
6) More English channels would have been great. The majority of the channels are Japanese however if you also intend to cater for the foreign market then I would have expected more English channels as well. The TV was also a bit small. In relative terms, expected more but was a bit disappointed with this one.

the park hotel Tokyo is really a wow hotel in our view. it is smack right in the station, with a mall beside, and food and shopping just within your reach. i would definitely go back to this hotel if i go to Tokyo again!
the hotel room is very clean, the staff are real courteous and efficient, the best so far in Asia.
if i were to rate the park hotel Tokyo i would give it a 5.
location is ideal, beside the station. amenities, service, room and view are wow!

The Park Hotel Tokyo provided the perfect end to our holiday. We had a 4 night stop over on the way back to Australia from Europe and after a very busy trip it provided a lovely quiet haven from which to do our sight seeing. The staff were very friendly and eager to assit us. The rooms were lovely and quiet and had the most comfortable beds and best showers of our 6 week trip.
The hotel was quiet, clean, had a great view and was well located.
The food was too expensive for us to consider dining in the hotel.
An excellent hotel

Best deal in Tokyo. I always stay here if I'm in Tokyo and I have all my friends who come to Japan for a visit. Service is exceptional and staff speak excellent English. Great place to stay if you just arrived after a long flight. I always had a great view, directly in front of Tokyo Tower.
The location is very convenient; close to train stations, with direct bus from Narita. You can even walk to Tsukiji!
The rooms are bigger than average Japanese hotels. Although only five-years old, there are some unfortunate minor signs of wear: scruff marks on the walls, cracks in bathtub seals. Hopefully they'll do minor renovations soon. Otherwise an excellent place to stay.
Clean, modern, pleasant, welcoming.

From the moment we arrived at the lobby, the staff welcomed us and took over our luggages (which was very nice after a 'long walk' from shimbashi station underground).
Check in didn't take much time and we were lead to our room on the 31st floor.
Yes the room was pretty small for western standards, but we had enough space for a suitcase and a big bag without tripping over it while 'walking' in the room.
The was bathroom very clean, also pretty small but all amenities available (toothbrush and paste, shower gel, bathsalt, shampoo, conditioner, bodylotion, soap, ...)
The staff even helped us booking a tour and making all the necessary calls. Even for the limousine bus (booking at 22.00 wasn't a problem either) they also call you up just to make sure you won't miss it. The modern lounge hosts a musical performance,on most evenings, which is very pleasant after a day of sightseeing (or working). All in all very satisfied
View from the lobby, friendliness of staff, and internet in the room (although not wireless).
No swimming pool, and the changing of elevator at the lobby to go to the rooms.
- Hotel Feature Tip : They have a scale, very handy when you like shopping but need to watch the weight of your suitcase.

The Tokyo Park Hotel is a beautifully designed business orientated hotel, which is a member of the 'design hotels of the world'. The hotel has a great service in general and you get free internet 24/7.
Because the hotel is on the top of a modern skyscraper (from the 25th to the 34th floor) the view is very nice, especially on clear days where you're able to see up to mount Fuji San (about two hours away by train)
Beautyfully designed, free internet, good service, the view from the hotel is stunning.
The consierge is hopeless. The food at the Hotel was quite expensive in comparison with other places.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The hotel is conveniently located between two large subway/train stations: Shimbashi and Shidome. Its a five minute walk to the 'Ginza' (Tokyos 5th Avenue).
