Professional service, great facilities and services, only 15 min. from Narita airport.
If you take the bus to Tokyo, expect to ride for 2 hours.
After a long trip, this hotel is what you need to relax. It's a short trip from the airport, and the service is as good as it gets in Japan. The room is exactly what you would hope for based on what you're paying. Internet access is complimentary. Just watch out if you think you can take a day trip to Tokyo. The traffic can easily stretch your one-way bus ride to two hours.
Hotel Feature Tip : The hotel store actually has nice trinkets.

beautiful room, beautiful grounds
restaurant was not very good
This is a great hotel near the airport. It is an exellent place to stay if you need to be near the airport. The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful. Although there is no wi fi, the business center is very good. The staff is helpful and friendly. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport.
Travel tip : there is a bus to the Radisson that departs from each terminal at the airport every half hour

Great location
Easy travel from Tokyo Station ( and cheap)
Very good receptionists and Bell desk
very good transfer buses
Good facility
Peaceful and well kept
small numbers of outlets
breakfast and meal expensive
I have never thought that getting to Radison from Tokyo would be this easy and cheap. Bus No. 6 at Tokyo station is convenient, punctual and smooth as most public transport in Japan are . The hotel is situated in ideal position not far from small village that has plenty of food outlet and amenities in walking distance. The Hotel provided transports to Narita city and shopping mall are effective, punctual and has good time table. This is a very good hotel for aircrew and transit passengers. Narita city is a hidden surprise that made us very happy about our decision to spend the last of the ten nights in Japan here. One will enjoy a day or two staying in the quiet atmosphere of Radisson and still enjoy the Narita area that will make them make other visit in and out or transit Japan via this arrangement again. For us we have found our little stop over spot here at Radisson Narita.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Narita city is one of many nice places in Japan. The Narita Temple is a must and walking along the road to and from that temple is a joy.

big room, comfy beds, good restaurant
Comfortable big room with all usual mod cons including english channels on TV .Two large very comfortable twin beds. Restaurant was excellent really enjoyed our meal. There were other facilities such as a large pool but we did not have time to try them.Check in and out was really quick
Restaurant Tip : Staff are very accommodating and speak good english so don't be afraid to ask for more info or alter the content/sauces of a dish

the staff, the sheets, and the facility with sauna are the things I like best.
There is nothing that I dislike.
I love staying at the Radison because the staff is always so helpful and polite. The facilty is clean, and comfortable. I especially enjoy using the sauna and fitness room.
Shopping Tip : The hotel has a bus that will take you to the shopping district. The bus also runs several times to the airport thoughout the day.

Beautiful surrounds and peaceful-clean-very very friendly staff
I wanted to spend more time here rather than transit but unfortunately i had to keep traveling. The food selection was great and the quality was exceptional for a very reasonable price.
The courtesy bus service to & from the airport for me being in a foreign culture was easy to find and relaxing to be ushered on the service which took thqt pressure out of the trip regarding transfers.
Thank you.
Restaurant Tip : Make sure that someone is actually attending to a patron. I had three different people walk past me over several minutes without enquiring if i was beng served. As i had not been asked for my order yet.

breakfast and dinner buffet, free internet, clean rooms, comfy beds, very helpful staff, complimentary shuttles to and from the airport, beautiful grounds
the night time room service menu could have been a little better, being as there wasn't a grocery store within walking distance.
overall, FANTASTIC hotel!

Convenient location (very close to Narita Airport) &
Free Shuttle Bus service to airport every 30 minutes
Reception staff are not that friendly.
No yugata pyjamas in room.
Overall, a great place to stay for the weary traveler who doesn't want to live too far away from Narita Airport. The rooms are small, but for the price you are paying, it's already very reasonable.
The only thing I didn't like was the staff at the reception desk. It maybe just the one staff that I met, but she was not as friendly and welcoming as a receptionist should be.

Free shuttles to the airport and local shopping area were great, and very well organised. Deluxe room was very big for japan standards.
Not much close to the hotel for fun, hotel food seemed quite expensive.
Overall a good place to stay if you are arriving or departing through narita airport, much better than going direct to tokyo. very western hotel, but has all the basics you need, big rooms and beds. Hotel staff were helpful, helped with baggage and any info needed.

Staff are excellent and informative, the buses to and from Narita and Tokyo are easy to use. The food at both the buffet and restaurant is excellent. The facilities are excellent.
The food can sometimes be very expensive, for example a toasted sandwich will cost you 1800 yen and it is far to Tokyo
My stay at the Raddison Narita Hotel was a very enjoyable one, the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel and into town was greatly appreciate.
The room was clean and well presented and accommodating. All of the food was excellently prepared and Delicious, though it was very expensive as was a lot of the extras with the room. However the buffet is a must with the petite desserts and the fresh seafood.
There is plenty to do at this hotel with the pool, golf and tennis. I would suggest renting a bicycle and taking a ride around for enjoyable experience.
Restaurant Tip : Eating at the buffet is a must.

Clean, staff was efficeint and curtious. The food is really good.
Damm room was too small, Too much stuff in such a small room. If the room I was in was a tad bigger it would have been an excellent room. It had internet service which is always a good thing, even thogh it was'nt free...
I missed my plane to get back home(US). So I had to think fast I went to the internet corner in Narita airport booked this room the last minute(Thanks Agoda) and waalaa !!! I am on my way to the Radisson. The food was good, the room was small but the room was very clean the bed was so comfortable. The bathroom was a delight to use and I slept like a baby. I woke up with the batteries full then off I went back to the airport to get my butt back home.
Hotel Feature Tip : When you arrive in Narita don't make the mistake I made, wait for the shuttle and you won't have to pay the $45-50(3440 YEN) for a 25-30 minute ride. Yes, very expensive.

Location, food, staff, value/cost.
Nothing else around - not a good place to 'see Japan' from but the perfect stepping point to enter/leave.
Coming from Tokyo it was great to spend my last night much closer to NRT. Great breakfast buffet, restaurant with an impressively expansive menu of foods. Staff was very helpful. Room was nice and spacious. Great value for the money. Gorgeous view from the window.
Its about a 20-30 minute drive from the hotel to NRT, but there are free shuttles provided. Staying closer would mean more expense and the shuttle was effortless.
I'm a DJ and had a mass of luggage (6 pieces total) and they helped me every step of the way.
Restaurant Tip : Do not miss the breakfast, its awesome :)
