Best location for narita airport
This hotel has good location and near narita airport. free shuttle bus to airport and aeon department store.

Nice cosy hotel - definitely value for money!
Staff were warmth and helpful. Breakfast was good with healthy food readily available. However, be careful of your luggage when taking the shuttle bus, as I deposited it with the bell boy but he did not forward my luggage to the shuttle bus. Good thing I kept my eye on the luggage and came down immediately to retrieve my luggage still in the hotel lobby before the bus drive off.

Clean, Friendly staff, Airport shuttle very conven
Nice location, staff were fluent in English makes it easier to communicate, clean hotel, hospitable environment, shuttle to airport and pick up from Tokyo was really helpful.

Radisson's Secret Employee
Mr. Toru Osada was more than helpful in assisting us, when we had concerns or question. He was always pleasant and really listened to issues we had and made are stay just wonderful. If all staff at the Radisson Hotel in Narita had the same level of understanding the English language that he has, NO Hotel in Narita could draw the guest away from the Radisson. In fact Mr. Toru Osada should be afforded the opportunity to demonstrate to his talent to other staff members.

What I love about this hotel is the shuttle service to central Tokyo and to Narita airport. Food quality (buffet breakfast and in-room service supper) was okay.
