The Radisson Hotel Narita offers a free shuttle from the hotel to the airport which is very convenient for travelers with a short layover in Narita.
The downside is that the hotel is actually quite far (30-45 minutes) on the shuttle and the shuttle does not offer a continous circuit. Times are sporatic and may not be the most convenient.
The hotel itself is a bit dated and it shows. The rooms are clean but the furnishings are old and the bathroom is small and a bit dishelved with minor cracks and mold creeping in the seams.
All in all a good option if you're staying less than 12 hours.

Just a single overnight stay before the flight home. Very good value for money, free airport shuttle, choice of restaurants in hotel and many others close by. Plenty of free parking and free internet. good sized room, clean and everything worked as intended. More international than all the other hotels we used in Japan with English generally spoken and understood by most staff and mainly Western food. A good choice for a stay near Narita Airport.

It was satisfactory. However there should be details on the agoda vouchers with regard to the free shuttles number . It was quite inconvenient to ring up the hotel customer service the day prior. I just naturally assumed it will be on the voucher as the free shuttle was mention several time by previous reviewer.
