Like a small and convenient home away from home.
Nice size room with washing machine, equipped kitchen, efficient use of space, convenience store and mall close by.

The stay was very comfortable with all that I needed to function in the room for a short stay, and a convenience store and a mall close by. Would definitely stay again. Rare hotel for Japan.

great location for big sight trade show

A modern clean hotel that is located close to the Big Sight Convention Center in Ariake Tokyo. Even though the rooms are small they have a small kitchen and washing machine. train stations are very close. This Hotel is the top 4 floors of the Sunroute Ariake Hotel and for Breakfast you have to eat at the Sunroute Ariake Hotel. But the rooms are much nicer than the Sunroute Ariake Hotel.
