Before my arrival in Japan, I emailed the conceige to make an advance dinner reservation for me at a popular Japanese restaurant at which the staff do not speak English. They did not manage to call through the restaurant phone line, so instead, they went down personally to the restaurant to make the reservation for me. I was very impressed by their service!

location, service, rooms are clean and tidy, hotel personnels are very helpful

the hotel overall service, room facilities, internet, tv, bathroom toiletries are perfect, and location, accessible to restaurants, shopping, and transportations, make one think of visiting tokyo again, and staying at royal park shiodome again, though the hotel room rate is higher

地點方便. 乾淨. 房價cp 值較不高 . 有會說中文的服務人員. 交通便利近多條地點線. 到東京站只要一站, 十分便利.
房間雖小,會最多可帶二小童(不佔床的話), 但浴室在東京算是不錯的選擇 !

可用簡單的英文溝通. 服務親切. 有通中文的服務人員可供諮詢.
任何需求打電話到櫃台即可得到答案, 不用轉接. 十分有效率.
在台灣曾打電話到日本提出特別需求, check in時doule confirm 也得到正面回應, 客服系統確實有反應並註記客戶需求, 比起很多飯店明顯好很多.
服務人員也會主動上前提供協助, 真得是很不錯
