I stayed in the Annex building, which is just opposite the street of the Main building. As i never ate at the Hotel, i cannot comment on the food there.

The hotel staff were polite and the cleaners were very good at there job.

Ginza, Asakusa, Roppongi are all nearby in view of the good location near subway stations and Railwaystion Hammamutsu.
Shiba Park Hotel is not a very luxurious Hotel but provides all necessary service to make your stay pleasant. A cozy restaurant corner in the hotel is...as far as I experienced...not available. But then: there are lots of other possibilities outdoors.
