Great hotel, good size room and friendly staff

No complaint or comments worths mentioning. Everything went well for us. Only thing negative is that there is no wifiin the rooms and only at one specific location in the hotel. But Lan connection is available for free in the rooms which for us was not a problem since we had our laptop.

I was here for a business trip for 3 days. The location of the hotel is very convenient and it is closed to the subway. Hotel provides Limousin bus to airport with Yen 3000 per trip. The room comes with WIFI services. The room is not big however with reasonable price.

we loved our stay in Shiba park hotel. the room is clean a bit small but it's ok. the tv only plays japanese channel no english. there is also an ice maker near the elevator so whenever you need ice you can just get some. the staff were super nice. it is also near the station, and there's a nearby family mart. neighborhood is very quiet. overall it's a great place to stay...

Very good service, spoke english well, lovely room (with free WiFi and fridge), good location.

Have stayed there before and on all occasions the staff have been friendly and very helpful. A good location (near subway, not too far from the monorail, JR line and a major bus station). Very nice and clean rooms, with desk, free WiFi and a fridge. The bathroom was spotless with shampoo etc. all supplied. Narita airport bus available from this hotel also. Well priced and cannot fault this hotel. Will stay there again on my next visit to Tokyo.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shiba Park and the Tokyo Tower are within 5-10 minutes walk.

This was my first trip to Tokyo, so I have nothing to compare the hotel room to. I was always told how compact everything is in Japan, so I expect a very small room with the basic necessities. To my surprise the hotel room was good size, very clean with a good size bathroom. Everyone was extremely helpful and accomodating. The hotel is near the Tokyo Tower and the transit system which made it very easy to get around. Lots of resturants in the area providing options for dining.
