We had great experience with this hotel. Everything is very good except the sound of the trains. Even though we stayed on the 18th floor, we could still hear very clearly the screeching of the railway. The other things that we weren't happy with was the instruction on using the wifi. We asked one of the staff about wifi when we check into the hotel. He told us to refer to the instruction inside the room. We checked the folder in the room and the only thing mentioned there was the computer rental. We only found the instruction on the 2nd day of or stay.

Great place to stay to enjoy Tokyo !
Truly central to shopping, entertainment and great restaurants. Immediate access to trains downstairs. Very helpful and friendly staff.

The centrally located hotel allows me to visit the sites in Tokyo which I have planned for. Able to relax at night with beer from vending machines on the same floor. Able to visit sites till very late because the trains literally take me back to the doorsteps of the hotel. Shopping areas easily accessed and goods need only be carried a short distance from trains to my room.

Loved the convenience of this hotel. Rooms are modern and clean but IMO, basic. I guess you are paying for the location. We hadn't room on the top floor and the city views were fantastic.

Good, but could have been better. Staff at reception was not very courteous. I arrived a bit early then check-in time. While rooms were available, but he still insisited on charging early check-in.
