I travel to Tokyo up to 4 times annually for work and this is the 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel. You can find cheaper accommodation in Shibuya but this hotel wins hands down for ease of accessibility to train and bus routes. The hotel is located above Shibuya station and the floors below also offer shopping malls, food halls bakeries, coffee shops and a supermarket. The rooms are of standard size, clean and the views are great.
Proximity to major train/bus lines
Access to major shopping precinct
the 'Airport Limo' bus from Narita Airport stops directly at hotel
Most staff speak good English
Breakfast (set Western or Japanese) on the 25th floor of hotel offers stunning views of Tokyo
My room smelt of stale smoke.
- Restaurant Tip : Tokyu Food Show, the superb food hall opposite the hotel has a supermarket. At around 6pm nightly all the pre-packed sushi/sashimi sets are discounted to clear. There is also a Dean and DeLucca coffee shop in this food hall.

Perfect if you are there to experience the Tokyo lifestyle. Not for those seeking a tranquil, quiet holiday.
- Shopping Tip : This is the most centrally located hotel for shopping and getting to other locations in Tokyo.

This hotel is located right above the train that goes to the airport and operates a shuttle bus (3000 yen) that takes you to/from Narita. The hotel itself lacks some nicer amenities (bar, health club, etc) but its' incredible location more than makes up for this. All in all it's a great place and is now my regular stop in Tokyo.
- Nightlife Tip : Shibuya has amazing nightlife.

Shibuya is a great shopping location and is a great starting point to sightsee around Yoyogi Park, Harajuku and Shinjuku areas.
Great location in the heart of Tokyo's shopping

Shibuya is a very happening place in Tokyo known as a young town, it has an energy and life that pulsates. Any time of the year there is heaps of things to do and just about any time of the day or night there are people buzzing around. Its great for shopping, people watching, and getting around to some other interesting parts of Tokyo too. Breakfast was good but the views were amazing!
shopping location, easy access to Narita via train or bus and a great location for shopping, night life and food.

This place was a great base for sightseeing. The beds are comfortable and once you find your way around all the train lines, its wonderful.
The foodshow downstairs in the basement is a great place to buy things to bring home or even to bring to your room for dinner!
I loved this place!

I am incredibly fussy when it comes to hotels and this one did not disappoint. It is in a superb location above the Shibuya train station which, importantly, is on the Yamanote JR line so you can get around the city easily or use one of the metro lines that go across the city. There are more than enough restaurants, bars, cafes and shops nearby and a short 10 to 15 minute walk to Yoyogi park if you want to get away from it all. The hotel itself was immaculately clean, neat and tidy, as well as being very quiet, despite the busy location. My room had a great view over the Shibuya crossing. The staff speak enough English that you can get by without Japanese. I did not use the restaurants so can't comment. I would not hesitate in recommending the hotel to others.
- Restaurant Tip : The coffee shop, Carmel, on the 4th floor (directly underneath the hotel lobby on the 5th floor) is superb! Try the Strawberry Shortcake!

I love the outside elevators which rise 25 stories looking down on the busy Shibuya station entrance.
