Decent location - within 5-10 minutes walk from Shibuya JR station and there are plenty of eating options around. Was placed in a room on the smoking level despite having requested a non-smoking room. The hotel were not able to move us to a non-smoking room. Despite booking a non-smoking room, we were placed in a room on a smoking level which was evident as soon as you walked out of the lift and into the hallway. Staff could not move us to a non-smoking room. Apart from this, the staff were helpful and friendly enough.
The rooms and bathrooms are small but adequate. If you prefer a bit more space, look elsewhere.
The hotel is located in Shibuya - a great area of Tokyo for food, shops and generally getting around generally. It is about a 5-10 min walk from Shibuya JR station.
Restaurant Tip : There's a nice little ramen place around the corner - you go downstairs. They do not speak English, but it was the best ramen we had while we were over in Japan.
