Good location!
Its very well located hotel, and clean as usual japanese hotel! and it was good survice after all!

Everything was good except the wifi was very slow and hard to catch since the signal was so weak. and the check out time was 10 am which is quite early and if you re late for the time its 5000yen after 30min!

One of the best hotel there is for Shibuya
Superb location, a stone's throw to Shibuya train station, and great staffs!

Centrally located, very easy to find, best of the best shopping areas within crawling distance (Shibuya 109, Tokyu Hands, Don Quijite), restaurants and foods everywhere (some opens 24hrs a day), a few steps to Shibuya station, bus station right in front of you, extremely friendly and helpful staffs (I asked for a place for dinner buffet in Shibuya and he cracked his head trying to find one for me, the only one i found in google is Shakey's Pizza buffet), room is Japan's standard hotel room size (which is small, but ok. If u wan the largest room go for twin bed), room is very clean and tidy (fully equipped with amenities, hair dryer is a bit weak, TV channels are all Japanese, but u can buy a VOD card for Y1000, not the latest movies but maybe 1-2 months old, large selections, valid for 1 day per card), superb breakfast buffet (if u choose to have ur room with breakfast).
Cons? Slightly expensive but so is all other hotels in Shibuya (unless u settle for bed & breakfast inns). Late check-in time at 3pm but so is other hotels in Japan. Room is small but so is all other hotels in Japan.

Great spot in the heart of shibuya
location , location, location!

Great place to be in tokyo location wise, steps away from shibuya center gai,and easy to get to all the trains. everything else is pretty average, but the location makes up for it and then some. also nice to have laundry machine that guests can use.

Superb location, near Shibuya Station
Near Hachiko Exit, Center Gai, 101 Mall and Bic Camera. Easy enough to also walk too Shinjuku. Station exit at its doorstep.

Location was superb, room size is so small it would be hard to move around if you have more than 2 pcs of suitcase. Airconditioning was poor. It was hot when we were there and we could'nt sleep well.

The hotel is located just about 3 minutes walk to the world's busiest crossing, JR and Subway stations, restaurants and shopping area. The room is small but physically clean however stinks of cigarettes. I had trouble breathing in the first few hours. I initially thought of requesting for a change of room but realized that most of the room would smell the same. That's the reason why I've brought down the ratings for this hotel.

Easy Access and Conveniently Located
Conveniently located to JR and metro stations, with lots of dining and shopping that are very easily accessible

It took a while for my friend and i i to locate the hotel after we alighted at the train station. So, it would be good if clearer directions could be be provided e.g. : which exit etc.
Other than that, it was a nice and comfortable stay. The staff spoke limited English but helpful. Our package included free breakfast which was simple but fresh and good, especially the croissant which are freshly baked. The oven was located in a corner of the restaurant. Although located in a busy area, the hotel is located in a quieter street.It has access to the Narita Airport Express, JR lines and various metro / subway lines so its really easy to get around from the hotel.
