Perfect location, Nice clean room

The hotel is located just about 3 minutes walk to the world's busiest crossing, JR and Subway stations, restaurants and shopping area. The room is small but physically clean however stinks of cigarettes. I had trouble breathing in the first few hours. I initially thought of requesting for a change of room but realized that most of the room would smell the same. That's the reason why I've brought down the ratings for this hotel.

Easy Access and Conveniently Located

It took a while for my friend and i i to locate the hotel after we alighted at the train station. So, it would be good if clearer directions could be be provided e.g. : which exit etc.
Other than that, it was a nice and comfortable stay. The staff spoke limited English but helpful. Our package included free breakfast which was simple but fresh and good, especially the croissant which are freshly baked. The oven was located in a corner of the restaurant. Although located in a busy area, the hotel is located in a quieter street.It has access to the Narita Airport Express, JR lines and various metro / subway lines so its really easy to get around from the hotel.

It was a little hard to locate the hotel but the staffs are extremely extremely extremely friendly, especially this one female staff with a round spectacle on. Room as usual is small which we have expected, everything is fine and we have no complains. Overall great hotel.

This is our 2nd stay at Shibuya Tokyu Inn. Unfortunately, non-smoking rooms were not available. Else I wld have given this place 10/10 again.

just cross the road from Shibuya station

very good location. room is expected to be very small and a bit old. we stayed on 4th floor, the only window of the room connected with the building patio. too dangerous to open the window.
good location to visit all shopping areas in shibuya.

i have stayed at this hotel 4 times already!
convenient for shopping and close to station

i've stayed at this hotel several times and the main reason i like this hotel is the close proximity to shopping and only 2 mins away from shibuya station. as a shopaholic i tend to go back and forth to the hotel to put down my shopping bags. the only thing i wish they would change is upgrade their rental laptop to a newer version!
