The hotel was reasonably priced and in a great location - literally just down the road from Shibuya train station and all the shopping and nightlife action! Even though the service at the restaurant was good, the food was quite poor. You're better off going for ramen across the street! Shibuya Tokyuu Inn is great value for younger travelers and ideally located right near the centre of Shibuya's shopping and entertainment districts. I recommend it!
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't bother with the restaurant - step out the door and you'll find lots of fun pubs and restaurants with better and cheaper food.

Location good. Staff friendly. Some staff on reception could not speak English. My partner and I stayed in this 3 star Shibuya Tokyu Inn Hotel Tokyo, because we wished to be located in the smart area of Shibuya. The room was a little too small but we expected this for a standard room. It was centrally located yet quiet. The staff were very helpful although a few of them could not speak English. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Limousine service to the airport is available at a five-minute walking distance, which is a plus for people with heavy luggage to avoid walking up and down the JR lines.
However, by going to the limousine stop we found the hotel 'Tokyu Excell Hotel' which has the bus stop right outside is a excellent choice for your stay in Shibuya. Great location, bigger lobby, and good English speaking staff. We'll defenitely try that hotel for our next stay in Shibuya.
