In between 3 metro station
Easy to get around Tokyo as its in btw 3 metro stations

In a very quiet area with nothing much going on, but within walking distance between 3 station and about 15 minute walk to ginza, so it's convenient. Old wing rooms are really small, wasn't able to open my suite case completely. New wing rooms are much better, spacious and nice.

Great location, quiet and very clean!
Near Tokyo Tower, near train station, near many food choices

it's not too far from shimbashi train station so if you're a light packer you can just catch the train from the airport and then walk to tokyu inn. however we traveled heavy and had too many bags to stroll down the street to the hotel. our cab driver had a little difficulty finding it. i also read that on other reviews so after experiencing that we grab the hotel business card, and no other driver ever had an issue finding it.
the hotel was very clean and quiet. the rooms are fairly small but i have read many hotels in tokyo are that way. that wasn't an issue with us because we spend as little time in a hotel room as possible during our vacations.
the staff was friendly but spoke very little english. they helped us the best they could. vending and laundry machines right near our rooms were great. many food choices were within a mile walk. tokyo tower was about 1-2 mile walk. the imperial palace was about a 2 mile walk. cab rides to other exciting parts of tokyo were pretty short (5-15 minutes)
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Cab rides are expensive. We had such a short time there we didn't want to learn the train stations and routes and all that so we cabbed everything. If you have time, learn the train routes and plan our what you'd like to do to save a nice chunk of change!

easy access to three metro stations and the jr line at shimbashi. hotel amenities were simple but sufficient. nearby restaurant/bar district provided plenty of local options for food and drinks. selection of metro lines made it easy to get to all other parts of town as needed. hallways can be very smokey, but rooms are isolated from it. mini-fridge and flat screen tv. staff doesn't have much english but it's a great opportunity to practice your japanese. :) free wired internet in rooms, free wifi in the lobby.
we would definitely go back.

Their bath rub is clean! Room is a litttle bigger than other hotels. Counters are helpful and English ok.

It was not easy to find the hotel, so I took taxi to get there.
Not close to get to the subway "JR Shimbashi line". Feel like it takes more than 15 minutes @_@..
Bathroom is clean, but room is not very clean.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you choose this hotel, you have to take taxi to go to the "hamama tochou station" to tranfer to the Haneda airport which is not very convenient and takes about 900 yen to get there.

We were traveling as group to Tokyo for our first time. The station is very conveniently located from tokyo narita express, but the hotel is a little distance from the station on foot. The rooms were much better than we had hoped for, especially considering the price.
There are many restaurants around the station but are about ten minutes walk from the room, but Tokyo tower is close, as is an amazing temple with very steep steps!
Over all it was well worth the money we spent.

the old annex is not nice (spots on carpets, upholstery and furniture very much used. really need of renovation. nice pictures in internet but reality is very different.
the reception staff kindly changed our room to the new section where the rooms are much better.
when booking a room pls make sure to get a room in the new part of the building

Good location but make sure you will get a room in the new part of building!

Pleasantly surprised.

Having paid rather little for the room was very surprised at it's new and spacious appearance. The hotel had English user friendly services such as computers and Internet. The vending machines were also useful, selling everything from alcohol to clothes. Staff were professional and had enough English to achieve my requests. The hotel is however far from the train station and I recommend a taxi. Not well suited for the shopper or nightlife traveler but great for the family.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Tokyo tower is right there.
